Toddler Sensory: Painting A Name Sign

WHO: 

Recomended for tots ages 1-3, but this activity can be enjoyed between 10mo to 4 years.

WHAT: 

CUSTOM NAME-SIGNS! During this 1.5 hour workshop (no need to commit to the entire time), you and your little one will create a personalized name sign using non-toxic acrylic paint and a variety of application methods (brushes, sponges, straws, fingers, and more). The custom name lettering on your canvas will be applied by us before-hand and all materials will be provided, the only thing you need to bring is your kid! This will be a fun, loosely guided, sensory and social class.

WHY:

Sensory activities are important since they engage the senses: sight, touch, smell, sound, & taste (No tasting please! But don't worry--all paints are non toxic in case of an over-curious kiddo). This allows your little one to experience the world around them and start to understand and interact with their environment. Our age-appropriate painting activities give opportunity for your baby/toddler to explore their senses, spend quality time with you, practice social skills, and create something cool and personalized to take home. This is also a great opportunity for them to get familiar with the letters of their name in a fun, creative, hands-on way.
